What we collect
When you ask for towing or roadside help — directly or through your insurance company or motor club — we receive and keep what is needed to do the job: your name, phone number, vehicle, pickup and drop-off locations, notes about the service, and photos of the vehicle taken at pickup and drop-off. Our trucks are GPS-tracked so we can give you an arrival time.
How we use it
Only to dispatch and complete your service: to reach you by phone or text about the job, give you the driver's arrival time, confirm the location and keys, send job status updates, and bill the insurer or motor club that sent the request. Calls may be made or recorded by an automated assistant on our behalf for quality and record-keeping.
Text messages (SMS)
If you agree on our service call to receive texts, we text you only about your service request (driver on the way, arrival time, job status). Message frequency varies by job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help, or call (323) 660-7772.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
Only the insurer, motor club or roadside program that requested the service, our drivers, and service providers that help us run dispatch (phone, texting and software providers), each only as needed for the job. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Job records and photos are kept as long as needed for billing, claims and legal requirements, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling (323) 660-7772. California residents have these rights under the CCPA.
